The class will:
Help actors establish their personal practice and begin to learn how to make choices in the work. Repetition will be introduced, one-pagers, writing, mindfulness and improv. Not an audition class. Good for actors looking to manage their nerves, learn how to memorize lines, get started in the industry, etc.
Led by Nancy Ma and Eric B. Anthony, you will come back to the core of who you are as an artist. Each class offers a unique exploration into the depths of your artistry. Emotional specificity, scene work, audition on-camera work, movement, and Industry advice all help you focus your talent and electrify your artistry. This 8 week journey will help you find your unique voice as an actor and reveal what might be in the way of the fullest expression of that voice. You will explore various practices, find connection to your scene partner, and begin to own your artistic power.
