BGB Studio Coordinator

Please note: This is an in-person position and we require that applicants live in Los Angeles to work at our Studio in North Hollywood.

Job overview

The BGB Studio is a small, fast-paced business with an international community of sophisticated and select clients (actors). We are currently expanding our team to include a full-time passionate, hyper-organized Studio Coordinator with proficiency in administration, management, organization, communication, and creative problem-solving. Our ideal candidate has the leadership, energy and intelligence to oversee all studio functions, from coordinating classes, workshops, teachers, TAs, and interns, to managing staff schedules and tasks, to maintaining our physical spaces, etc.

Requirements

Our ideal staff member is a proactive, resourceful, dedicated, and creative self-starter with strong admin and organizational skills. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. Loving systemization of information and data is appreciated. Previous experience and interest in coordination and office management is valuable and people with backgrounds in the arts are encouraged to apply.

Juggling a lot at once in a fast-paced environment is a significant part of this job in collaboration with our small staff. All of our staff members understand and are deeply committed to our values.

All applicants must be based in LA and able to commit to a salaried position with a minimum of 40 hours/week Mon-Fri(ideally 10:30am-6:30pm).

We are looking for someone ready to make a commitment to a long-term relationship with BGB. Starting salary is $40,000 - $44,000.

Skills

Must have some proficiency and familiarity with the following platforms and/or are a quick learner in areas of software & technology platforms:

• Google Suite
• Keap/Infusionsoft or other CRM software
• Vimeo
• Dropbox
• Asana/Airtable (scheduling/task management/organization/storage platforms)
• Comfortable with extensive computer time and working in the above platforms
• Real world experience in office management, theatre/film/tv administration or coordination, or similar background.

• Track and funnel actors on their BGB class journey
• Oversee quarterly marketing and program meetings, integrating and actualizing all related systems
• Manage and integrate systems for all BGB programs and projects- online and in person, including monthly online webinars/pop-up classes/in-person open houses, etc
• Liaise between social media/marketing and Studio programs
• Schedule and integrate all staff tasks relating to each BGB program
• Collaborate with Risa/Steve in creative meetings and strategic planning for all BGB programs, projects, systems
• Analyze data to improve and develop programs with Risa/Steve and staff

Salary: $40,000 - $44,000
