Truth. Honesty. Authenticity.

Whatever word you use, it all comes back to your ability to express your empathetic heart.

This weekly scene study class will challenge you as an artist. Specify and deepen your work using current film and TV scripts, timeless classics like Chekhov and Shakespeare, as well as your own writing. It's a platform for all artists to embark on a voyage of self-discovery and artistic evolution, both in the intimacy of our Studio and on-camera.

Led by BGB Master Teacher David DeSantos, you dive into the depths of the human experience, exploring your courage, vulnerability, strength, and resilience. This class isn't about “mastering a technique" – it's about embracing your distinct journey of self-expression and personal growth. Here you navigate the intricacies of character and emotion, confronting your fears and insecurities directly to emerge stronger and more genuine.

Deepen your craft in this nurturing environment, where the only limit is your willingness to embrace your authentic self.

He is deeply committed to your personal and creative growth as well as your career evolution. He understands the long-term investment in marrying the deep love of craft with the business side of our Industry and is committed to helping you do the same.

"David gives you the license to make bold choices in your work. He creates a safe environment to play, make mistakes, and figure out what works for you in any given scene. He has years of practical experience working on sets and is keenly aware of the specific needs of actors. He is a powerful artist who also happens to be incredibly sensitive and kind — basically, everything I could ask for in a teacher."
